Information Database - Gas Tank

Gas Tanks are Gas Receptors capable of storing a large volume of a single type of gas. Gas can be inserted through all sides. Gas tanks will only accept gases that match the type of gas currently in the tank. If a tank is empty, it will accept any type of gas. All Gas Tanks will always accept air.

Gas tanks are also Gas Sources. Gas can be extracted from all sides of tanks by Gas Pumps.

The maximal volume of gas contained depends on the density of the contained gas and the storage multiplier of the Gas Tank. The denser the gas, the less of it can be stored. Gas Tanks can be stacked vertically to increase capacity.

When Gas Tanks are broken, their content spills and fills the surrounding area. The entire volume of the tank will be emptied as long as there is space for it.
